Art.74 - RELATIONSHIP
Family tie is the bond between people
all coming from the same jamb.
Art.75 - LINES OF FAMILY TIE
The people descending the one from the
other are related, even by an indirect way the ones which also if they
have a common jamb aren't descending the one from the other.
Art.76 - THE COMPUTATION OF THE DEGREES
Are computated in a direct line many
degrees as the number of the generations, except the jamb. In the
collateral line the degrees are computated from generations, climbing up
from a related with the same jamb and from this one going down to
another related, always excluding the jamb.
Art.77 - THE LIMITS OF FAMILY TIES
The law doesn't recognize the family tie
over the 6th degree, except if for some reasons determinant a different
situation.
Art.78 - AFFINITY
Affinity is the bond between consorts and
the relatives of one of the consort, he is the cognate of the other
consort.
Affinity, doesn't end for death, also without offspring, of the consort
which derives from, except for some effects especially determinants it sends
if marriage is declared null.
